NOTICE : Entrance Results from St. Xavier's
On the basis of the Admission Test conducted on 2th July and the SLC marks secured by the candidates, the following candidates have been selected for the INTERVIEW. They are requested to come for the Interview:
Interview on: 5th July 2016
BIOLOGY GROUP – 7:30 AM
PHYSICS GROUP – 10:00 AM
> Students must be present on time for the interview.
> At least one of the parents or responsible guardian must be present for the interview.
> The selected students list and the waiting list will be published in the college website (www.sxc.edu.np) and on the college notice board on Wednesday, 5th July by 7 pm.
> Students must pass in the interview to be admitted.
Student must pay the following amount to college and complete other educational formalities by
> 6th July 9:45 am –3:00 pm: Biology Group
> 7th July, 9:45 am – 2:00 pm: Physics Group
Details Amount
> 1st installment at time of admission : Rs 45,000/-
> Guarantee deposit Rs. 5000/-
> Security deposit Rs. 2000/-
> Education tax Rs. 500/-
> Admission Fees Rs. 5000/-
> Total : Rs 57,500/- (cash)
The waiting list students are requested to check at the college notice board or at the reception on
> 6th July at 3:30 pm Biology Group to confirm the availability of the seats.
> 7th July at 2:30 pm Physics Group to confirm the availability of the seats.
There will not be another list published then after.
For the Interview, the candidate is expected to come with the Parents or responsible Guardian and bring with them the following documents.
1. Original Copy of the SLC Marks sheet/SLC Admit Card. (if available)
2. Original Copy of the Character Certificate from the School last attended (if available).
