(The candidate having ability of credit assessment with high compliance standards is must for this position. He/she must also have sound knowledge of recovery process, legal provisions related to recovery and able to deal with clients for effective recovery management.)
Work Experience and Other Criteria :
Assistant Level (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor):
> Minimum 10+2 (Preferably Bachelor's Degree) in relevant subject.
> Minimum two years' banking experience in relevant field and currently working in at least immediate lower position in A B or C class Bank and Financial Institution.
> Priority will be given to the local candidates having at least two wheeler driving license.
> Age not exceeding 35 years (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on application deadline.
Officer Level (Junior Officer/Officer):
> Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Preferably Master's Degree) in relevant subject.
> Minimum three years' banking experience in relevant field and currently working in at least immediate lower position in A, B or C class Bank and Financial Institution.
> Priority will be given to the candidates having two wheeler driving license.
> Age not exceeding 40 years (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on application
Officer Level (Junior Officer/Officer)- CA
> Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
> Minimum two years' banking experience in finance department in any A, B or C class Bank and Financial Institution of 3 years experience in an Audit Firm of Nepal.
> Age not exceeding 40 years (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on application.
