IME LIFE INSURANCE
BRANCH/SUB-BRANCH MANAGERS
- FOR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE KATHMANDU VALLEY (FEW)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's degree will be eligible for selection. Work experience in the field of life insurance sales, banking, micro finance institution, cooperatives and sales management will be given preference.
- Age between 23 to 35 years.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of office administrative work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and implementing branch-specific strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Leading, developing and mobilizing the team of agents towards achieving the branch's sales target.
- Identifying and seizing market opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies.
