The Role
- The
Program Support Officer will ensure that administrative procedures at regional
level are carried out in accordance with internal processes and recognized
organizational standards and meets GPE/EOL requirements.
What we are looking for
This Program Support Officer will work closely with the Asia Pacific
RMU team providing administrative support (MEL and Finance) and communication
teams led by the communication focal point in GMU under the guidance of the
Regional Program Manager. As a responsible member of the team and manages the
administrative functions of the EOL team to provide effective, efficient, and
timely administrative support. S/he will also be responsible for managing
travel and acquiring updated information on Visa processes and
requirements.
> Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of
similar work experience.
> Proficient in spoken and written English
and Nepali
> Knowledge and experience in using MS Office and other
job-related software
> Attention to detail and problem-solving
skills
> Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with the team
>
Knowledge of Project Cycle Management with monitoring and reporting
experience.
> Must be familiar with report consolidation and uploading
in a common repository
> Familiar with online communication and
managing broader communication protocol.
> Maintain communication with
grantees for verification material collection and other necessary inputs on
the periodic reports.
> Experience of working in the similar roles

Knowledge and experience of working in the development sector
