What are we looking for?
> Perform a role
of Central planner for all units, Lead Sales & Operation, Planning
aligning with sales & marketing production, procurement, warehousing and
logistic team.
> Accountable report: Sales Order vs. Stock
Availability Report, Stock Service Level Report (SSL), FG aging report,
Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias and Production Planning Adherence.
>
Bring transparency in Demand and Supply Planning and lead budgeting process
of SCM function to base their budgets.
> Optimization pf production
plan so that there is no stock out of FG as agree in the S&OP
meetings.
> Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with more than 5 years’
experience in supply chain planning, demand and supply planning, MRP,
capacity utilization planning, SAP, Sales & Operation Planning, skilled
in Power Queries, DAX and Power pivot and team building.
