1. E-COMMERCE MANAGER
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management.
> Minimum three years’ work experience with digital media (SEO, PPC, display, mobile and social platforms) relevant to local market and with an Agency on the client side or web-related project management.
> Understanding of Design, Usability and Development processes preferred.
> Should have worked hands-on, with multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube as well as competent in understanding major Blogs and Photo sharing platforms. Understanding of Omniture and DoubleClick analytics tags & tagging preferred.
> Fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.
2. ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
> Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
> Minimum two years’ work experience in similar job preferably in similar size hotel.
> Advanced computer literacy with system knowledge of OPERA and RESERVE are essential.
> Clear decision making capabilities, administrative experience along with interpersonal skills supporting team work.
> Fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.
3. SENIOR SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER
> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Hospitality or Tourism or Business Management.
> Minimum two years’ of relevant work experience in a luxury international brand hotel.
> Good understanding of selling techniques and event knowledge.
> Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
> Fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.
4. ASSISTANT MANAGER-CLUB OASIS
> Ideally with a relevant diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
> Minimum two year’s work experience in a related field is preferred with an experience of managing a high end spa and fitness centre.
> Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
5. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY & FINANCE SECRETARY
> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Hospitality or Tourism or Business Management. Professional secretarial course completion is essential.
> Advanced computer literacy (inclusive of MS office & Photo Processor) is essential
> Minimum one year work experience in similar job is preferred.
> Good operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.
6. MICROBIOLOGIST
> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Microbiology.
> Proficiency in handling the Overall Quality Aspects, Food Safety Trainings, Product, Supplier Selection, Internal Audits, and Projects handling.
> Expertise in Quality & Food Safety Systems including HACCP, IS022K , GMP, Food Allergens, Facility Hygiene, Equipment Calibration, Laboratory Techniques Training and Audit Management; skilled in designing and communicating effective food safety control programs to meet consumer, regulatory, and operational needs.
> Successful candidate will require also to support Executive Chef in daily routine.
> Minimum one year work experience in similar job is preferred.
> Good operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.
7. GUEST SERVICES OFFICER (RESERVATION / FRONT OFFICE)
> Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
> Minimum two years’ work experience in hotel operations is preferred.
> System knowledge of OPERA and RESERVE would be an added advantage.
> Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills.
> Good operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.
