VACANCY NOTICE
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd., one of the leading National Level Development Banks guided by the vision of "Most Trusted Bank" having 103 branches across the Nation is seeking applications from highly motivated, energetic and result oriented Nepali Citizens to work at different locations including Central Office for the following positions:

1. Central Credit Department: Deputy Manager (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.

2. Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM): Senior Officer/Officer (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: This position is responsible to ensure that projects or businesses that the Bank finance are sustainable and complaint with environmental and social standard and meets national and international environmental and social regulations.

3. Digital Transformation Officer: Senior Officer/Officer (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: This position is responsible for designing and implementing digital transformation strategies that align with Bank’s business goals. Candidate must be competent in Front End and Back End programming languages. Full Stack Developer (HTML, CSS, Javascript, RDMS, Python, JAVA), API development and Integration, familiar with Git / Github. Certification in Data Science or Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning is highly preferable.

4. Chartered Accountant (CA)/ACCA: Officer/Junior Officer (2)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: Candidates must have thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.

5. Semi Qualified CA: Supervisor/Senior Assistant (1)

- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification:This position is responsible for financial reporting, auditing, taxation and financial management of the department ensuring the accuracy, transparency and reliability of financial information which is essential for decision making.
 
6. CEO's Office: Junior Officer (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: This position is responsible for managing CEO’s schedule and strategic priorities, supports the CEO with data driven insights and analysis, prepares analytical reports and presentations for the CEO. Conducts research on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities, develop strategic recommendations for business growth and improvement ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals.

7. Branch Managers: Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer (Few)
- Location: All Province
- Job specification: This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the banking facility, including product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.

8. Relationship Managers/Officers: Junior Officer/Supervisor/Senior Assistant/ Assistant (Few)

- Location: All Province
- Job Specification: This position must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.

9. Operation In-charge (OI): Junior Officer/Supervisor/Senior Assistant (Few)

- Location: All Province
- Job Specification: This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of day to day banking operation ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining service quality and managing operational risk.
