Govt. decides to cancel SEE for this year
Kathmandu, June 10: Considering the increasing threat of COVID-19 pandemic, the government has decided to cancel Secondary School Examination (SEE) of the year 2076 BS.
A meeting of council of ministers held today at Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatardecided to call off SEE for this year, informed Giriraj Mani Pokharel, minister for Education, Science and Technology (MoEST).
Minister Pokharel said that the grading would be done on the basis of internal assessment.
Upon receiving a recommendation for internal assessment for grading SEE appearing students, the MoEST had proposed the same in the cabinet meeting today.
