The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog),Central Office, Kamalpokhari, Information and Publication Branch, invites application from eligible candidates to fill the vacant positions for the position of Gazetted 3rd Class positions of the Civil Service and Federal Parliament Service, and Officer 3rd Class position of the National Human Rights Service, Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit) or equivalent (Non-technical). These vacant positions are to be fulfilled through internal, open and inclusive competitive examinations.

Key Details:
- Examination Type: Written, Information Technology (IT) Skill Test, Group Examination, and interview as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Written Examination Program: The written examination program of the second phase for the civil service and the written examination program for the National Human Rights Service will be published later.
- Medium of Examination: As specified in the respective syllabus.
- Duties: As prescribed by the prevailing laws related to the service and group.

Examination Center:
- 1st Phase: As designated by the Commission’s offices at Dhankuta, Jaleshwar, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dipayal.
- 2nd Phase: As designated by the Commission’s offices at Dhankuta, Jaleshwar, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dipayal.
- The examination center for posts of the National Human Rights Service will be as designated by the Public Service Commission Central Office.
Application Fee:
An application fee of NPR 1,200 (one thousand two hundred) for each advertisement must be paid. For candidates applying to additional advertisements under inclusive groups of the same service/group, an additional fee of NPR 400 (four hundred) must be paid for each additional group. Candidates applying for Foreign Affairs Service and Audit Service must also mark (√) in the relevant service and pay an additional fee of NPR 400 (four hundred) as per the service.
Age limit of the candidate:-
- For position of the Civil Service and Human Rights Service, candidates should have completed 21 years of age and should not exceed 35 years by 2082/09/15.
- For women and persons with disabilities, the age should not exceed 40 years.
Application Deadline:
- Regular Submission Deadline: 2082/09/15 ( 30 December 2025).
- Deadline for Submission with Double Fee:2082/09/22 ( 6 January 2026)
