Nepal Rastra Bank's Central Office, Financial
Institution Supervision Department, Selection Committee Secretariat,
Baluwatar, invites applications from qualified candidates to join the
Management and Operations team of Nepal Share Markets and Finance Limited in
Putlisadak, Kathmandu.
Position: Coordinator
> No. of vacancies : 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria
> Educational Qualification:Applicants must have a master's degree
in management, banking, finance, economics, commerce, accounting,
statistics, math, business administration, or law.
> Experience: A
minimum of ten years' banking experience is required.
> Age Limit:
Candidates should have completed 35 yrs and should not exceed 65 years
of age as of the last date of application submission.
Key Details:
> Contract Duration: The initial term of
service is one year, with the option of renewing twice for six months each,
depending on performance and organizational needs.
> Examination
Type: The selection process will include a presentation of an action plan
and an interview.
> Salary and Benefits: A monthly salary of Rs.
1,26,300 (taxes apply as per rules) will be offered, along with a Dashain
bonus equal to one month's salary. No other allowances will be made.
Furthermore, employees are entitled to up to 12 days of annual leave.
