12:00 Midnight
- Examination Fee: NPR 3000
Documents to be Submitted with the Application Form (Certified Copies)
For Diploma in Pharmacy:
- Passport-size photograph

All SLC (Class 10) academic certificates
- Citizenship certificate

All academic certificates of Diploma Level
- Equivalency certificate (for
foreign boards/institutions)
- Internship certificate as per the
curriculum
For Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharm):
- Passport-size

- All SLC (Class 10) academic certificates
- Citizenship

- All academic certificates of Diploma Level
- All
academic certificates of Bachelor's Level (B. Pharm)
- Equivalency
certificate (for foreign boards/institutions)
