NEB Class 11 and 12 Grade Improvement Exam Application Process 2081 Notice

National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office (Classes 11 & 12), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published a notice regarding the application process for the Grade Improvement Exam for students of Grade 11 and 12.

Schools and students are requested to follow the outlined procedure for form submission.

Eligibility for Grade Improvement Examination:
Students who attended NEB-affiliated schools or campuses for Classes 11 and 12 and appeared in the examination.
- Failed in one or more subjects under the numerical marking system (received D or E grades in the old grading system).
- Scored less than the minimum required grade in the alphabetical grading system.

Registration Number Range:
- Class 12: Registration numbers starting with 56 or higher but less than 77.
- Class 11: Registration numbers starting with 56 or higher but less than 76.

Eligible students can participate in the Grade Improvement Exam for a final opportunity to improve their scores or grades.

Application Deadline:
All applications must be submitted online by Mangsir 27, 2081.

APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Visit official website of NEB: http://www.neb.gov.np and click the Chance Exam Form (2056–2077) link.

2. Search your Record: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth to search for your records.

3. Verification: Confirm your details and select the class for the exam. Subject details will be communicated later through your school.

4. Make Online Payment of the required fees using one of the listed digital wallets: E-sewa, Connect IPS, Khalti, IME Pay

5. Confirmation : Save and print the confirmation message. Attach it to the exam application form and submit it to your school.

6. Download the Form: Download the exam application form from the NEB website, affix your photo, and complete the details before submission to your school.

7. School Submission: If the form has already been submitted to the school, the school must ensure online payment is completed and the application is filed.

8. Missing or Incorrect Information:
- If student details are not visible on the portal or the Date of Birth does not match, contact your school to resolve the issue with NEB's office.
- Schools must retrieve updated details from the NEB office and assist students in completing the form.
