Tribhuvan University's Examination Controller's Office in Balkhu has reopened its online application process for transcripts and provisional certificates beginning at 11:00 AM on Baisakh 2, 2082 (April 15, 2025). Additionally, starting from Jestha 15, 2082, the Examination Controller's Office has declared that all other services offered by the Balkhu office will likewise be handled online.
In order to reduce the requirement for service seekers to physically attend the Examination Controller's Office in Balkhu, Tribhuvan University launched online services last year. However, technological difficulties caused a break in continuity. An internally designed technology has since fixed this problem, and as of Baisakh 2, 2082 (April 15, 2025), online services are once again available.
HOW TO APPLY ONLINE for Transcripts and Provisional Certificates ?
According to the guidelines, students can complete the online application form at student.tuexam.edu.np and pay the required fee through the linked bank portal online. Details are to be submitted as mentioned in the registration card along with the marksheets.Students can use the portal's rectification feature to submit their mark sheets if there are any inconsistencies. The application ID slip and the original marksheet must be presented in accordance with the guidelines given if the marksheet obtained online is different from the original marksheet.
