& serve a broader clientele, we are looking for dynamic individuals to
join our team. We invite applications from self-motivated, qualified,
energetic, & result-oriented Nepali citizens to fill the following
position immediately:
- Deputy Province Head (DPH) & Regional
Manager (RM) - Few, across all provinces of Nepal
- Branch/Sub Branch
Manager(BM): Few, across all provinces of Nepal
- Marketing Executive
(ME): Few, across all provinces of Nepal
Required Experience and Qualification:
Educational Background:
- For DPH/RM/BM-Bachelor's degree
required. Candidates who studied abroad must provide an equivalence
certificate from a recognized Nepalese authority.
- For ME: at least
Plus 2
Experience:
- At least 5 years experience required for
DPH and RM. Freshers are encouraged to apply for the BM & Marketing
Executive position.
Preference will be given to candidates with
experience in life insurance sales, banking, microfinance institutions,
cooperatives, or sales management.
Age Criteria:
- For DPH
& RM: Not exceeding 40 years
- For BM: 21-35 years.
- For ME:
21-30 years.
Proficiency in computer applications. Strong interpersonal
and communication abilities. Good understanding of office administrative
tasks. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of
a team.
Remuneration and other facilities will be as per company
rules. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection
