The National Examination Board (NEB) has published Grade 12 Supplementary (Chance) Examination Routine and application form submission notice. NEB announced that it will conduct the Grade Increment Examination (Supplementary Examination) for Grade 12 on 2 Shrawan ( Saturday) and 3 Shrawan 2083 ( Sunday).
Eligibility
The Grade Increment (Supplementary/ Chance) examination is only for regular examinees of the Grade 12 annual examination held in Baishakh 2082 whose registration numbers start with '82'. Students who participated in the examination and obtained a minimum grade of 'D' or above in other subjects in the theoretical part and 'NG' (Not Graded) in the remaining two subjects, or obtained a minimum grade of 'D' or above in other subjects in the theoretical part and were absent in a maximum of two subjects, or obtained a minimum grade of 'D' or above in other subjects in the theoretical part and obtained 'NG' (Not Graded) in one subject or were absent in one subject, can participate in the examination.

Grade Increment Exam 2083 Details:
- Grade increment Examination date: 2 Shrawan 2083 ( Saturday) and 3 Shrawan 2083 ( Sunday)
- Examination Time: 11 AM to 2 PM
- Application Submission Deadline: Asar 19, 2083
- Application Fee: NPR 800 per student
- Application Deadline with Late Fee: Asar 26, 2083
- Late Fee: NPR 1,600 per student
- Applications should be submitted through the respective school.
- Payment voucher or proof of online payment must be attached with the application form.
EXAM ROUTINE
Date: 2 Shrawan, 2083 ( Saturday)
Subjects:
- Compulsory English (0041)
- For examinees appearing for only one subject
- For examinees appearing for two subjects, the subject with the smaller code number among the subjects they are appearing for, but examinees appearing for the supplementary examination in both Compulsory English and Compulsory Nepali must appear for Compulsory English (0041) on the first day and Compulsory Nepali (0021) on the second day.

Subjects:
For examinees appearing for two subjects, the subject with the larger code number among the subjects they are appearing for (the examination for Compulsory English (0041) will not be held on this day).
