Qualifications and Other Requirements
> Should have completes Bachelors in Business Administration/ Management/ Economics, preferably Master’s Degree.
> Should have minimum 5 years of working experience in banking/ financial institution or other corporate organization preferably in Central Branch Operations/Administration Department.
> Should have good interpersonal and communication skill.
> Should have knowledge of Branch Operations & functions.
> Leadership & Negotiation skill is must.
> Should have knowledge of Procurement & Logistics
> Should be comfortable in using Pumori System Software.
> Should be comfortable with Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
> Should have knowledge of NRB guidelines.
