> 2-3 years experience as travel agent
> Proficient in Amadeus Booking System
> Very good communication (especially phone) skills
> Good computer skills (EXCEL, WORD)

> Answer enquiries regarding different options for travelling.
> Answer telephones, walk-in customers or travel agents who seek information regarding different travel and ticketing requirements.
> Daily domestic and international air reservation and ticketing related job.
> Establish relationships with the customers and maintain public relations.
