WaterAid’s Vision is of a world where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation. Our mission is to transform lives by improving access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) in the world’s poorest communities, WaterAid works with partners to maximize its impacts for policy change/influence.

1.Position:Senior WASH Technical Officer (SMTO)
Job Specification
> Bachelor of civil Engineering and MSC/ME in Water and Sanitation Sector or related field. - Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in with good understanding and experience in implementing and monitoring WASH programmes and projects at different levels - Proven experience to design water supply and sanitation along with cost estimation.
Summary of Position
> Implement, supervise and monitor WASH programs during entire project management cycle ensuring compliance of project policies and procedures within the specified time and budget.
> Assist in staff capacity building of to develop future WASH programs and internal coordination to strengthen WaterAid Nepal’s integrated approach.
> Initiate network with other similar organizations to influence and advocate on WASH issues.

2. Position: Head of Programmes (HoP)
Job Specification
> Post-graduate degree in WASH related subjects/ WASH engineering, social sciences, public policy, public health, development economics or related field. - At least 7 years of senior management experience in a similar organisational/functional context - Proven experience of leading programmes that deliver transformational change through the integration of learning and advocacy - Proven experience of developing successful funding proposals and delivering successful programmes for diverse donors.
Summary of Position
JOB PURPOSE
> Responsible for leading WaterAid’s Integrated WASH Programme in Nepal, ensuring effective and cohesive implementation of WaterAid’s work through a programmatic approach that combines programme, learning, research and advocacy activities in collaborative partnerships with a range of organisations.
> As a member of the Senior Management Team, contribute to WaterAid Nepal continuously seeking to strengthen its overall performance, developing and reviewing organisational policies and strategies that will support WaterAid Nepal to effectively and efficiently bring about the transformational changes necessary to achieve sustainable WASH services for all.
