Unique among public research institutions, Old Dominion University offers
a renewable (up to four years) undergraduate merit scholarship. Awards
range between $16,000 annually to qualified applicants.

> One (1) page essay indicating academic intent and personal

> TOEFL & SAT are optional, though highly recommended
