(SWBBL) is a microfinance financial institution.  With the mission of delivering sustainable microfinance services at the doorstep of the deprived sector target societies; SWBBL, was registered with the Company Registrar’s Office as a limited company under the Companies Act, 2053 on October 5, 2001 (Aswin 19, 2058) and obtained license from Nepal Rastra Bank– the Central Bank of Nepal on January 3, 2002 (Poush 19, 2058) to operate the financial activities under Development Bank Act, 2052.
Vacancy Notice:
Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha announces vacancy (published on 26 Jan 2020) for the following position:

Designation: Assistant General Manager
> Required positions: 1 (One)

Minimum Educational Qualification:
At least a postgraduate level from a recognized educational institution / academic qualification from abroad should be submitted as equivalent.

Experience:
 Must have at least 10 years of work experience in a bank / financial institution and at least 5 years of senior manager/manager work experience in a microfinance financial institution.

Age Limit:
- Male: Should have completed 21 yrs and shoud not exceed 40 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and shoud not exceed 45yrs

The age limit will not be applicable in the case of internal employees.

1. Written Exam
2. Presentation
3. Interview
