> Worked on the Switch, Firewall, configuring, troubleshooting, network related problems.
> Installation and configuring OS and hardware in the Computers / Server / Printers.
> Operation of AIX /Windows / Linux servers on Virtual Machine.
> Troubleshooting problems for solving ATM / POS transaction through application.
> Provide technical support on handling customer queries and complaints on Email or on-call basis.
> Knowledge on the Database and SQL queries.
> Knowledge on information security and threats.
> Able to work in team for handling pressure and division of works.
> Handle issue effectively from across departments (Management, operation, Monitoring, Admin, HR).
> Complete task status on time and update to Supervisor.
