vacancy for the various positions:
1. Position/Level: Managerial/ Officer
> Department: Monitoring and Supervision/Risk and
Recovery/Loan/Manpower and Training/ Administration Department

Required number: Few
> Duty Station: Central Office
>
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of
experience in the officer position in bank and financial institution
>
Age: 21-45 years (Additional 5 years for female candidates)
>
Preferred Qualification: Candidates with experience in related department of
head offices of bank and microfinance company are highly preferred.
2. Position/Level: Officer/Assistant Officer/Junior Officer
> Department: Investigation Officer/Area Head
> Required

> Duty Station: Mentioned area
> Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience as Branch
Manager in microfinance company or 10+2 (intermediate) passed with at least 5
years of experience as Branch Manager in microfinance company
> Age:
21-40 years (Additional 5 years for female candidates)
> Preferred
Qualification: Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in
investigation and supervision related work in department or investigation and
supervision department/area offices of microfinance company also having motor
cycle license.
3. Position/Level: Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant
> Department: Branch Manager
> Required number: Few
>
Duty Station: Branch Office
> Qualification: 10+2 (intermediate)
passed with at least 3 years of experience in microfinance company or SLC/SEE
passed with at least 4 years of work experience
> Age: 18-35 years
(Additional 5 years for female candidates)
> Preferred Qualification:
Experienced as Branch Manager in microfinance company in the applying position
or one level below applying position having motorcycle license
4. Position/Level: Trainee
> Department: Trainee
> Required number: Few
> Duty
Station: Branch Office
> Qualification: SLC/SEE passed
> Age:
18-35 years (Additional 5 years for female candidates)
> Preferred
Qualification: Preference will be given to the candidates having
motorcycle/scooter license
