Postion: Client Service Executive (Night Shift)

Education, Experiences and Requirements

Intermediate (plus2) or more
> Previous customer service experience is
preferred
Other Qualification/Skills:

Amazing customer service skills
> Excellent communication skills both
written and verbal in English
> Problem-solving skills and solution
focused
> Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
>
Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
>
Ability to work in odd hours ( 7:45 pm - 4:15 am )
> Ability to follow
instructions and work autonomously to achieve deadlines
Offered Salary: Training period for Nrs. 20,000 plus bonuses and after training period Nrs.
25,000 plus bonuses.
NOTE: Candidates need to have good working
laptop/computer and smooth internet connection at their home.
Job
location: This position could be worked from home temporarily but should be
done from the office later.

> Process application on behalf of the clients from submission to
settlement for our clients in USA
> Communicate with other
organizations on behalf of the client
> Provide excellent customer
service
> Enter data with high accuracy keeping attention to the
details on daily basis
> Maintain constant communication with
supervisor
> Take additional responsibilities as and when required.
