The National Examination Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has published its
academic calendar of Grade 11 and Grade 12 for the academic year 2080/2081.All
the affiliated Secondary Schools are requested to follow calendar.
As
per the calendar, the board exam of Grade 12 will be held from the second week
of Baishakh 2081 BS, whereas Grade XI exam will be held from the first week of
Jestha 2081 BS.
Similarly, the results of Grade 12 will be
published by third week of Shrawan 2081 BS and Grade 11 (partial/grade
increment examination) by third week of Bhadra 2081 BS.

Registration Form Distribution Date
> Registration forms
should be distributed to the students who have been admitted to grade 11
before Kartik 30, 2080 (November 16, 2023)
Registration form Fillup Submission Deadline:
> Date for form fillup: Poush 15, 2079 (December 31, 2023)

Date for form fillup with added fee: Before Poush last, 2080
Registration Card Distribution
> The board will distribute the registration card to the colleges
till Falgun 15, 2079 (February 27, 2024).
Exam Form Details :
-Exam Form Distribution: Exam forms will be distributed to
the respective colleges for grade 12 students from Poush 01, 2080 (December
17, 2023).
- Exam Form Filling Deadline: Colleges should collect the
filled-up form for partial/grade increments of grade 11 students and regular
and partial/grade increments between Poush 16 (January 01, 2024) and Magh 15,
2080 (January 29, 2024).
- Exam Form Filling Deadline with Double
Fee: Students should fill up the form between Magh 16, 2080 (January 30, 2024)
and Magh 29, 2080 (February 12, 2024) with a double fee, and the colleges
should submit the form to the board by Falgun 15, 2080 (February 27, 2024).

Details
Examination Time
- The timetable for the annual
examination of class 12 regular, partial/grade increment, and class 11
(partial/grade increment) students to be conducted in the month of Baisakh
will be published by the Magh 29, 2080 (February 12, 2024).
Examination Center
- The examination center for the examination to be conducted in the
month of Baisakh, 2081 of class 12 Annual and Class 11 (Partial/Grade
Increase) will be determined by the Falgun 30, 2080 (March 13, 2024).
Admit Card Distribution
- Admit Cards will be distributed to respective colleges till Chaitra,
2080.
Examination Conduction Dates
Annual Examination of Grade 11 and 12
- Grade 12 Exam Routine 2080/81: The grade 12 annual examinations will
be conducted in the second week of Baishak 2081.
- Grade 11 Exam Partial/
Grade Increment Routine 2080/81 The grade 11 partial/grade increment exam will
be conducted in the last week of Baishak 2081.
- Grade 11 Exam Routine
2080/81: The grade 11 annual examinations will be conducted in the first week
of Jestha 2081.
Grade Increment Examination:
- Class
12 grade increment examination will be conducted within 45 days from the
results publication date.
Publication of Results
Annual Examination Result
- Grade 11 Results 2080/ 2081 : The results of the annual examination
of class 12 will be published by the third week of Shrawan 2081.
- Grade
11 Partial/ Grade Increment Results 2080/ 2081 : The partial/grade increment
results of class 11 will be published by the third week of Bhadra 2080.
Grade Increment Examination Result
- The results of the partial/grade increment of class 12 will be
published within 45 days from the examination date.
Retotaling
- Retotattling Application: within 15 days from the date of the result
published.
- Retotalling Result Publication: within 45 days from
the date of the result published (before grade increment examination).
