GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Chief Finance Officer: Qualified CA / ACCA.
- Branch Manager & Relationship Manager: Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred for Officer level).
Experience:
- Chief Finance Officer: Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in relevant field with sound knowledge of NFRS, data analysis, reporting skills, and Nepal's accounting & taxation systems.
- Branch Manager: Minimum 5 years of banking experience (at least 2 years in Branch Management in development/commercial bank preferred).
- Relationship Manager: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in development/commercial bank.
Age Limit:
- Below 45 years for Manager Level.
- Below 40 years for Officer Level.
- Below 35 years for Supervisor Level.
