Minimum Eligibility for the Application form Submission
Students who have passed the Bachelor's level or an equivalent examination in the relevant subject from Tribhuvan University (TU) or an institution recognized by it and who meet the criteria set by the relevant subject committee, are eligible to participate in this entrance examination.
While filling out the online application form, uploading a recently taken photograph and all academic certificates from SLC/SEE to the Bachelor's level is mandatory.

> Entrance Exam Application Form Submission Deadline with Normal Fee: Mangsir 07, 2082 (November 23, 2025) to Mangsir 27, 2082 (December 13, 2025) until 12 midnight
> Entrance Exam Application Form Submission Deadline with Double Late Fee: Poush 3, 2082 (December 18, 2025) until 12 midnight
> Form fee: NRs 1500/-

Entrance Examination:
The entrance examination will carry 100 marks and consist of 50 multiple-choice questions based on the Bachelor's level syllabus of the relevant subject. The passing score for this examination will be 40 percent. For postgraduate and master's programs conducted through internal resources, the criteria will be determined by the relevant subject committee.
