The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) , Education Department, has
published result of Grade 8 Basic Level Examination (BLE). Education Department of KMC has entered Grade 8 final examination marks into
the Integrated Educational Information Management System (EMIS).
Integrated Education Management Information System (IEMIS)
Integrated Education Management Information System (IEMIS) provides a
mechanism to view and manage the education school's profile information. This
ranges from nature of ownership, location details to school governance. EMIS
is able to record and manage information on the different types of school
physical infrastructure including their status such as classrooms, teacher's
houses, latrine stances, library/book stores etc. The learner details
form the core of EMIS statistics. Data is captured at the learner level to
ensure reliability. These details also include a unique identification number
(UIS) that will track the academic history of each student.
Grade 8 Basic Level Examination (BLE)
In Nepal, eighth-grade students take the Basic Level Examination, often
known as the BLE, at the metro/municipality level. In Nepal, the Grade 8 Basic
Level Examination (BLE) is a district-by-district national exam. To advance to
the ninth grade, all Nepalese students in the eighth grade must take this
nationwide exam. The District Education Offices around the nation oversee the
administration of the test. Every year, during the last month of the Nepali
calendar, Chaitra, this exam is administered.
Grade 8 Basic Level Examination (BLE) 2081
The examination
of Grade Eight (8)-BLE 2081 began from from Chaitra 7, 2081 and concluded on
14th of Chaitra, 2081. The examination was held from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.A
total of 18,294 students from 504 schools participated in the Grade 8 BLE
examination , which includes 5,174 from community schools and 13,120 from
institutional schools.Of these, 10,149 were male, 8,145 were female, and 10
were international students from five different schools.Last year, result of
Grade 8 BLE Examination for academic session 2080 was published on 23 Chaitra
2080.

By using their unique User ID and password, schools can access the
school ledger at
Integrated Education Management Information System (IEMIS) official website https://emis.cehrd.gov.np/ and check
the Grade 8 results of the concerned students.
