The Nepal Bar Council invites online applications for the 34th Advocate
Level Examination. Eligible candidates meeting the required qualifications are
invited to apply through the official online portal.
Total Fee: NPR
4,500 (includes form and exam fee).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Law or have
practiced law continuously for 7 years after obtaining the Certificate of
Abhibakta.
Required Documents:
- Transcript and
Character Certificate of a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Should be Nepali
Citizenship Certificate.
- For foreign graduates: Equivalency Certificate
from Tribhuvan University.
- In case of Abhibakta: Certificate of
Abhibakta and documents verifying 7 years of continuous legal practice.

Recent passport-sized photo with both ears visible.
- A photo of the
applicant's signature and thumbprints (both thumbs) clearly visible on plain
white paper.
Note: Upload each document only once. Providing false
information will be subject to legal action.
Online Application Portal:
Candidates are requested to apply through
http://exam.nepalbarcouncil.com/ by logging in using their email and password. You can verify your
application status using the same credentials. Admit cards can be downloaded
one week before the exam.

- With double fee: up to 2082/09/14
