NEB clarification regarding the filling out the application form of SEE
2082: 2082/07/20
The National Examinations Board (NEB), through its Examination Control
Office in Bhaktapur, has issued a detailed clarification notice regarding the
filling out the application form of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) for
the upcoming 2082 examinations. The notice applies to both regular examinees
and those appearing for partial or subject grade increment examination.
NEB
has directed to pay attention of the following things while applying via
computer entry for registration form and application form of the students from
different districts:
- Regular students who passed the SEE in 2079 or
later from 2079, and are seeking for grade increment OR those who obtained Non
Graded (NG) are eligible to appear in a partial exam( only for the subjects on
which they received a NG)
- Those who attended regular exam on 2079
and appeared in grade increment but unable to obtain 1.6 GPA (as
criteria set by National Curriculum Evaluation Council on 2079/5/19 to
be eligible for Grade 11 admission), they can also apply on those subjects
where they got lower than 1.6 GPA. OR
- Those regular students who
obtained NG in 2080 or the following year from 2080 can also apply on
those subject where they received NG (as per provision of Letter Grading
Directive- 2078, fourth revised 2081/03/16's 7 (2) G(1)).

Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination
Control Office Class 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has published registration form
Fill-up notice for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) Class 10.
This notice is issued for students studying in class 10 in Regular
(General, Traditional, and Religious Stream Schools) and Open, Alternative,
and Non-Formal Adult Schools for the academic year 2082. To participate in the
Secondary Education Examination (SEE), those students must fill out the
examination registration form within Application Period i.e. Kartik 17, 2082
(November 3, 2025) to Mangsir 16, 2082 (December 2, 2025).
To be
eligible for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) of 2082 B.S., the
candidate must attain 14 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2082 B.S.
Key Details:
- Application Submission Period: Kartik 17,
2082 (November 3, 2025) to Mangsir 16, 2082 (December 2, 2025)

Application Fee: Rs. 500
- Schools are requested to review and submit the
registration form of their students to the Education Development and
Coordination Unit within Mangsir 21, 2082 B.S. Students that fail to
submit the form will be unable to participate in the SEE exam 2082.
- The
final date for the concerned Education Development and Coordination Units to
deposit the revenue for the examination fee is Mangsir 22, 2082 B.S.

The Education Development and Coordination Units should enter the received
application forms into the computer system, verify them, and send the final
hard copies to the National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of
Examinations Grade 10, and the concerned Education Directorates by the end of
Poush 2082 B.S.
