Mid-West University, Examinations Management Office, Surkhet, has published a
notice regarding new date for its 4th Convocation Ceremony As per
notice, the convocation ceremony which was postponed as per the notice issued
by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Surkhet, on 25th Baisakh
2083, will now be held on 03rd Asar 2083 (17 June 2026).
Furthermore, students wishing to participate in the convocation ceremony
are requested to fill out and submit the online application form in the format
prescribed by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Surkhet, by 13th
Jestha 2083 (27 May 2026) until 5:00 PM. For further details, please visit the
office website at
www.muexam.edu.np.
Note:
Only those interested students who have passed their Bachelor's, Master's, or
M.Phil. levels and received their transcripts from Mid-West University, or who
have completed their Ph.D. within the period from 1st Falgun 2081 (13 February
2025) to 08th Jestha 2083 (22 May 2026), will be eligible to participate in
this convocation ceremony.

Mid-West University (MWU) Examination
Management Office Surkhet, Nepal has published notice to fill the form to
participate in the 4th convocation ceremony which is schedule for Jestha 05,
2083 (May 19, 2026). The university invites eligible students to apply online
for the convocation ceremony.
Form Submission Deadline:
Applications must be submitted by Baisakh 20, 2083 (May 03, 2026) at
5:00 PM.
Eligibility
Students of the Mid-West University who have
passed their Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil., or Ph.D. and received their
transcripts between February 13, 2025 (Falgun 01, 2081) and April 27, 2026
(Baisakh 14, 2083) are eligible to participate in the 4th convocation
ceremony.
Application Process
- Form Link: Apply online
via the https://muexam.edu.np/ portal
under the "Convocation Form" tab. The online portal closes on May 03, 2026, at
5:00 PM.
Submission of Hard Copies
After filling out
the online form, students are requested to print the form and submit it along
with copies of the uploaded documents and 3 MRP photos to their respective
campuses or the Exam Management Office by May 05, 2026.
Required Documents to be submitted with the Application Form (max
25MB):
(1) One copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate for domestic
students or one copy of a passport for foreign students.
(2) One copy of
your transcript.
(3) Three recent, color MRP-sized photographs.

Bank deposit voucher/receipt
(5) Transcript issued by MWU.

graduation ceremony will have to pay the following fees.
