Universities in Nepal postpone Exams due to Rasuwa Bhotekoshi Flood (with Exam Postponed Notice)

Following significant disruptions to public life caused by natural catastrophes in Nepal, the government has ordered the suspension of all university exams and other academic activities nationwide. According to Minister of Education and Sports Sashmit Pokharel's directive, universities should postpone exams, provide a revised timetable at the proper time, and avoid holding large-scale events like conferences, seminars, and meetings unless absolutely necessary.

The ministry has urged all universities to take the appropriate actions to lessen the effects of natural catastrophes on coursework and guaranty students' educational continuity, and to put these decisions into effect right away while treating the delicate current circumstances seriously.

Meanwhile, a number of universities, including Tribhuvan University, Pokhara University, Far-Western University, Purbanchal University,  and Kathmandu University, Mid-West University, have released notices about the postponement of exams until further notice.
