A leading commercial Bank is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Nepali citizen to lead its Retail Banking Division and invites application from interested candidates.
Job Title: Head Retail Banking (1 position)
Job Level: Assistant General Manager
Major Job Responsibilities:
> Take primary ownership and drive the Bank’s Retail vertical at the country level and grow the business as a major contributor to the Bank’s bottom lione
> Develop and implement the Bank’s Retail Banking Strategy with the aim of attaining market leadership
> Develop and introduce new products and services in the arena of Retail Banking
> Formulate and streamline business processes and procedures with a view to improving service delivery and customer experience
> Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset quality and containment of impaired assets
> Contribute to the overall growth and development of the Bank as a member of Senior Management
> Any other additional responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Prerequisites for applying:
1. Age not exceeding 50 years as of November 1, 2015
2. At least Master’s Degree in Management/ Commerce or equivalent, or economics or finance or in related field or CA or any professional degree with minimum second division
3. Minimum 15 years banking experience of which minimum 5 years working experience heading a team of people in branch banking, transaction banking and retail banking
