VACANCY NOTICE
The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog),Central Office, Kamalpokhari, Information and Publication Branch, invites application from eligible candidates to fill the vacant positions for the position of Non-Gazetted 1st Class positions (Non-Technical) of the Civil Service and Federal Parliament Service, and Assistant 1st Class positions of the National Human Rights Service, Nayab Subba (NaSu) or equivalent. These vacant positions are to be fulfilled through open and inclusive competitive examinations.

Key Details:
- Examination Type: Written, Information Technology (IT) Skill Test, nd interview as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Written Examination Program: The written examination program of the first and second phase for the civil service and the written examination program for the National Human Rights Service will be published later.
- Medium of Examination: As specified in the respective syllabus.
- Duties: As prescribed by the prevailing laws related to the service and group.
- Service Conditions and Benefits: As per prevailing laws.
Application Fee:
An application fee of NPR 700 ( Seven hundred) for each advertisement must be paid. For candidates applying to additional advertisements under inclusive groups of the same service/group, an additional fee of NPR 200 ( Two hundred) must be paid for each additional group.
Age limit of the candidate:-
- Candidates should have completed 18 years of age and should not exceed 35 years by 2082/10/20.
- For women and persons with disabilities, the age should not exceed 40 years.
- No age limit applicable for current permanent employees of Civil Service for the positions of Civil Services, and current permanent employees of National Human Rights Service for the positions of National Human Rights Services.
Application Deadline:
- with Normal Fee : Until 2081/10/20 ( 3 February 2026)
- Extended Deadline with Double late Fee: Until 2081/10/27 (10 February 2026)
