Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) was established as an autonomous regulatory body on 31 December 1998 under Civil Aviation Act, 1996. CAAN is the regulator of civil aviation as well as the service provider in the areas of Air Navigation Services and Aerodrome Operations.

CAAN announces vacancy (published on 18 September 2017, Gorkhapatra Daily) for the following  job position:

1. Job position: Sr. Officer
> Level: Seven
> No. of vacancies: 14

> Job Group: Air Traffic Services
> Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science/ IT/Management
> Age Limit:
- Male: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 35 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed  40 yrs
