Candidate’s profile: The candidate should have
> Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent, preferably Master’s degree in management from a recognized university.
> Experience in relevant field shall be preferred.
> Should have good exposure in branch operation
> Should have knowledge of regulatory requirement including internal and external reporting.
> Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
2. Position: Assistant Level ( Trainee Assistant – Supervisor )
Number of Vacancies: Few
Candidate’s profile: The Candidate should have-
> +2 in Management or equivalent preferably Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized university.
> Experience in relevant field shall be preferred above Trainee Assistant.
> Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
For above positions, candidates should have
> Open, outspoken and absolutely service-minded personality;
> Impressive verbal and written communication skills both in Nepali and English;
> Strong interpersonal and team skills with ability to develop effective relations within and outside the organization;
> Proficiency in the use of computer ( Word, Excel etc. ) Additional knowledge on record-keeping and accounting software would be a plus:
