Samriddhi Finance, a National level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetauda, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below mentioned posts.

1. Business Officer (Officer/ Supervisor)- 2 For Putalisadak, Kathmandu
> Job Specifications: Minimum one year of experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in similar post. Must have experience of deposit marketing, corporate relation expansion, branding activities, promotional activities and brand & product development. Is capable to analyze potential deposit market to increase the deposit level and clientele base. Responsible to achieve periodical deposit business goal, ready to work in target, ability to handle the business team for the purpose.
> Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics.
> Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

2. Credit Supervisor- 1 For Itahari Branch
> Job Specifications: At least one year of experience in BFIs with sound knowledge in credit department. Must have knowledge and capacity of assessing, analyzing and interpreting credit files, financial information, business and collateral as per requirement.
> Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics.
> Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
(Preference will be given to the local candidates)

3. Trainee Assistant- 3 For Butwal, Narayangrah, and Pokhara Branch (One for each branch)

> Job Specifications: Actively visit potential customers to promote and open new deposit accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Self-motivated with a strong initiative to achieve sales targets and drive personal growth. Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English with a commanding voice to influence and engage customers effectively. Positive mindset and ability to maintain optimism and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations. Previous experience in marketing deposit products or a similar sales role is an advantage.
> Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (intermediate)  in Management/ Economics.
> Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
