VACANCY NOTICE
Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd announces vacancy for the following positions:
1. Supervisor / Senior Assistant (Branch Head)
- Category: Assistant Level
- No. of vacancies: 4
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree passed with at least 2 years’ experience in a microfinance institution, or Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) passed with at least 3 years’ experience.
2. Assistant
- Category: Assistant Level
- No. of vacancies: Number: 1
- Minimum Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level or Plus Two passed with at least 2 years’ experience as an assistant in a microfinance institution. Preference will be given to candidates willing to work in rural field areas.
3. Junior Assistant
- Category: Assistant Level
- No. of vacancies: 3
- Minimum Qualification: SLC/SEE or equivalent passed with at least 1 year of work experience in a microfinance institution. Candidates with Plus Two qualification will be given priority. Willingness to work in rural field areas is mandatory.
Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age. In the case of female candidates, the upper age limit is 40 years.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted and selected through an interview process.
Salary and Benefits
Salary, allowances, and other facilities will be provided as per the rules of the financial institution.
Additional Preference
Priority will be given to candidates with good knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) and those holding a valid motorcycle driving license.
