The Government of Nepal (GoN) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) have designed and developed the Resilient High Value Agriculture Programme (R-HVAP) with the objective of reducing poverty and improve resilience of small holder farmers by transforming agriculture into inclusive, agroecological and profitable agri-food systems.
