The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of
the Controller of Examinations (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published a
notice regarding the submission of application forms for the entrance
examination for free technical education under the Special Scholarship Program
for students residing permanently in 78 local levels where technical education
has not reached. This initiative aims to provide free technical education to
local students who would otherwise be unable to obtain it.
All
eligible Nepali citizens who live permanently in 78 local levels where
technical education is not available are encouraged to fill out the
application form for the entrance examination for the aforementioned
programs.
Overview of Scholarships
The Special
Scholarship Program offers a total of 120 seats at the local level for free
technical education, including 14 seats at the Pre-Diploma level and 106 seats
at the Diploma/Certificate level. The completed application forms must be
submitted to the appropriate educational institutions/offices.
Target Group Details
> Total Students: 120 boys and girls who are permanent residents.

Coverage: 78 municipalities.
> Scholarship Split: 14 students for the
pre-diploma level and 106 students for the diploma level.
