1. Scheme Manager -1
Role Overview: As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mutual fund schemes designed to maximize returns for our clients. You will work closely with the investment team to develop and execute effective investment strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your expertise will play a vital role in achieving our financial goals while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies in line with market trends and client objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on investment performance and market updates to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and global financial markets
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. In case of Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience in investment field.
- Proven experience in investment management, preferably within the Nepalese financial market.
- In-depth understanding of investment products, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) preferred.
2. Human Resource /Finance Officer -1
Role Overview: As a Human Resource/Finance Officer you will be entrusted the responsibility to oversee the Human Resource Function of Siddhartha Capital and assist Finance & Accounts team to complete regular accounting/finance related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact person for HR related activities including recruitment of staffs, employee relationships, HR related compliances and training/development.
- Prepare different letters/documents related to employee hiring, job description, confirmation, promotion, experience letters, etc.
- Prepare Monthly Payroll in HR Software, upload Monthly Gratuity & CIT List in CIT Website, provident Fund in EPF website.
- Coordinate with Vendors.
- Ensure compliance with HR bylaws and other relevant policies.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Laise with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, salary entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Monitor and review accounting and related reports for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration/Management.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources/Finance Department.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards and NFRS.
- Understanding of standard HR practices.
