Training Officer as mentioned below.
Position:Training Officer
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Design &
planning of Training program need assesment.
- Training program
coordination, faciliation & logistic support.
- Program development,
monitoring and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with training guidelines
and standards.
- Capable & willing to travel all over Nepal.

Deliver target base objectives.
Preferred Qualification & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably in related subject).

Prior experience in training, preferably in insurance, banking, or corporate
learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both
Nepali and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint),
basic graphic tools, and online platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Passion for
teaching, coaching, and motivating people.
- Energetic and people-centric
with a positive attitude.
- Creativity in training delivery (games,
roleplays, storytelling, etc.).
