VACANCY NOTICE
Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited, a
subsidiary company of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited is inviting
applications from motivated, dynamic, competent individuals for Investment and
merchant banking activities in the following positions;
1. Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Required Qualifications:
- Masters level
degree/Chartered Accountants or equivalent.
- At least 7 years working
experience in financial sector or in related fields (i.e Investment, Portfolio
management, underwriting, stock markets and other merchant banking activities)
in management level position.
- Good understanding of Nepalese Capital
Markets, financial research and report analysis, securities trading, portfolio
management operations, investment understandings and other merchant banking
related activities.
2. Position: Managerial Level

Number: Few
Required Qualifications:
- CA/ACCA/MBA/MBS
or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in merchant banking
operation, BFI's or investment
sectors.
- Sound knowledge on
financials analysis, Investment analysis, Research work and familiar with
prevailing laws and regulations.
3. Position: Officer Level
- Number: Few
Required Qualifications:

CA/ACCA/MBA/MBS/Bachelor
- At least 3 years' work experience for
CA/ACCA/MBA/MBS, 5 years' experience for Bachelor degrees' candidates or semi
qualified CA in merchant banking operation and investment sectors.

Sound knowledge on financials, Investment analysis, applicable laws and
regulations.
- Age not exceeding 40 years
4. Position: Assistant Level
- Number: Few
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor level degree in Management preferably Master's degree.

Knowledge and understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets, securities trading,
portfolio management operations and other merchant banking related
activities.

Age not exceeding 35 years
