 VACANCY NOTICE
Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, a leading Life Insurance Company in Nepal in operation for 25 years is seeking applications from young, dynamic, dedicated and competent candidates for the following position.

1. Junior Officer/ Management Trainee - Few:  Kathmandu, Head Office

- Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in Data Analytics shall be preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, along with the ability to prepare effective presentations and graphic materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.

2. Information Technology Department – Junior Officer (1):  Kathmandu, Head Office
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database querying, data validation, MIS reporting, data analysis, or data engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with relational database systems, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL/T-SQL.
- Experience working with BI dashboards, MIS reports, or reporting databases.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.

3. Human Resource Department – Up to Senior Officer (1) : Kathmandu, Head Office

- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management with exposure to Strategic HR functions such as workforce planning, HR analytics, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of HR governance and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.

4. Officer level -  Few:Kathmandu, Head Office

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from a recognized institution. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- For Officer-level positions, candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, finance, accounting, or related functions.
- Sound understanding of financial concepts, reporting standards, data interpretation, and report preparation.
- Proficient in compiling data and generating reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.

5. Brand Department – Assistant level (1): Kathmandu, Head Office

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in overall brand management activities (2–3 years preferred).
- Ability to collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality and impactful marketing materials, including posts, videos, reels, and infographics.
- Ability to assist in planning and implementing ATL/BTL activities and other promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, analytics, office applications, and graphic design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform all other brand marketing-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.  
 
6. Assistant level (Few): Corporate Office and different Provinces as per organizational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sector shall be preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, will be an added advantage.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Location: Corporate Office and different Provinces as per organizational requirements.
