Available Positions:
1. Managerial level - Few
- Office: Central Office
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree passed with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a microfinance institution. Special preference will be given to candidates who have worked as Departmental Heads.
- Selection Process: Interview
2. Officer Level (Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer) - Few
- Office: Central Office / Monitoring / Branch Offices
- Minimum Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) passed with at least 5 to 7 years of work experience in a microfinance institution. Special preference will be given to Branch Managers, Monitoring Officers, or department experienced staff.
- Selection Process: Interview
3. Assistant Level (Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant) - Few
- Office: Central Office / Branch Offices
- Minimum Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) passed with at least 4 years of work experience in a microfinance institution. Special preference will be given to Branch Managers and department experienced staff.
Selection Process: Interview
