Narayani Development Bank Ltd.(NDBL). a Regional Level Development Bank having its Central Office at Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10. Chitwan. Nepal. invites applications from highly competent, self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens who have a passion to excel in the banking industry for the following positions at its Central Office. Chitwan:
1. Risk / Operation/ Recovery/ Marketing Department - Few
- Position Level: Officer Level
General Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management from a recognized University. Candidates having CA Semi-CA/ACCA qualification will be given preference.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience. currently working in at least one level lower position in any Bank or Financial Institution (BFI).
- Sound knowledge of NRB Directives. Banking Operations and Risk Assessment (Operational. Credit & Overall Banking Risk).
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of 6 January, 2026.
2. Credit/ Operation/ Information Technology Department: Few
- Position Level: Assistant Level
General Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management & Economic. Preference will be given for Masters Degree.
- 2-3 year's banking experience and should have knowledge of Core Banking Software preferably for Credit Department and currently working at least immediate lower position at any BFIS.
- Must have knowledge of hardware, networking and SQL. Mobile Banking, CIPS, IPS Operation.
- Priority shall be given to the local candidates having two wheeler's Driving License. Age: Not exceeding 35 years as of 6th January, 2026.
