Asian Life Insurance Company Limited, a leading life insurance company of Nepal, invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for the following position.
Position: Officer
- Required Number: 1
- Department: Human Resource
- Location: Head Office, Maitidevi, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Support onboarding and training activities
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks
- Assist in performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 35 years as of the application deadline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related HR role
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
