    Dance is an art form that generally refers to movement of the body, usually rhythmic and to music used as a form of expression, social interaction or presented in a spiritual or performance setting. It is an extremely intricate art requiring skill, hard work and discipline. All dances portray some expression of life. Dance can also be regarded as a form of nonverbal communication between humans, and sometimes between other animals. The art of dance incorporates classical dance, drama, music and mime to create an integrated performing art. For years and years, dancers have used their bodies to express ideas, stories, and rhythm. Many different kind of dance allow them to move freely and express themselves, such as classical, modern dance, and dance styles specific to cultures.
