VACANCY NOTICE
NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. announces
vacancy for the following positions:
1. Position: Assistant Manager
- No. of Vacancy: Few
- Level: Managerial
Eligibility:
- Completed CA/ACCA academic qualification and gained 1 year of
practical work experience in an approved firm.
- Similarly, after
obtaining approval from the Government of Nepal, obtained 6 years of
practical work experience in a recognized institution, and in a public
accounting firm gained 2 years of practical experience, or 4 years of
experience in a public accounting firm.
2. Position: Senior Officer
- No. of Vacancy: Few
- Level: Officer
Eligibility:
- Completed CA/ACCA academic qualification. Practical experience has
been gained under an approved firm.
- Additionally, after obtaining
approval from the Government of Nepal, 5 years of practical work experience
has been gained in a recognized institution to fulfill professional
qualification requirements.
3. Position: Junior Officer / Officer
- No. of Vacancy: Few
- Level: Officer
Eligibility:
- A semi-qualified CA has completed 2 years of practical experience
in an approved firm for the purpose of CA articleship and has completed 1
year of practical experience for the purpose of accounting articleship.

Additionally, after obtaining approval from the Government of Nepal, 4 years
of practical work experience has been gained in a recognized institution for
the purpose of fulfilling professional qualification requirements
4. Position: Junior Assistant
- No. of Vacancy: Few
- Level: Assistant
Eligibility:
- Must have passed at least SLC / SEE or an equivalent examination
from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, and a
minimum of 2 years of work experience in the microfinance sector is
required.
- Candidates who have completed an Intermediate Level
(Proficiency Certificate Level) or higher qualification from an institution
recognized by the Government of Nepal must have at least 1 year of work
experience in the microfinance sector.
- Special preference will be
given to candidates who possess a two-wheeler vehicle.
5. Position: Trainee Assistant
- No. of Vacancy: Few
- Level: Assistant
Eligibility:
- Must have passed at least a SLC / SEE from an educational
institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- Special preference
will be given to those who possess a two-wheeler vehicle and to local
residents of the areas where branch offices are located.
SELECTION:
Only
shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
Preferred
Skills:
Driving license holders (motorcycle/scooter) are preferred for
certain roles.
