qualified and result-oriented Nepalese candidates for the following
positions:
1. Position: Account Head - (1)
- Level:
Senior officer to Assistant Manager
Role overview:
As the Head
of Accounts, you will lead and manage the accounting function, ensuring the
integrity of financial reporting and the effectiveness of internal control
systems. You will oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial
statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory
frameworks, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening financial governance,
enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting the organization's long-term
financial stability.
2. Scheme Manager (Mutual Fund) - 1
- Level: Junior Officer to Officer Level
Role overview:
As
a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mutual
fund schemes with the objective of maximizing returns while maintaining
prudent risk management. You will collaborate closely with the investment team
to formulate and execute robust investment strategies, conduct in-depth market
analysis, and ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
Your role will be instrumental in achieving the fund's financial objectives
while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
3. Research analyst/Operation staff - 1
- Level: Management trainee
Role overview:
We are
seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst/Operation staff to join
our Investment Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
conducting high-quality research, financial analysis, and due diligence to
support Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Fund operations, and
Corporate Advisory functions. The role requires strong analytical capability,
attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to informed investment
decision- making. Hands-on experience in the operations of Mutual Funds and
PMS, including trade execution, NAV-related processes, and reporting, will be
essential for this role.
Candidates should possess relevant
academic qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
minimum 2 years of experience for senior roles. Experience in investment
banking, mutual fund management, portfolio management, and capital markets
will be preferred.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and regulatory
understanding (SEBON/NRB) are essential.
Age Limit
Maximum 35 years for Head of Accounts & Scheme Manager, and 28
years for Research Analyst/Operations Staff (as of application deadline)
