52nd Convocation of Tribhuvan University Notice, TU 52nd Convocation Ceremony Notice

Tribhuvan University's Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, has published a notice regarding form-filling notice to participate in Tribhuvan University's 52nd Convocation. The form must be completed online.

Eligibility
Students who have passed their semester/ yearly exams for Bachelor, Master or M.Phil, or Ph.D. and got the transcript between Ashar 1, 2082 to Jestha 31, 2083 (15th June 2025 to 14th June 2026) are eligible to apply.

Convocation Ceremony Centers:
- Bagmati Province Center (Including for M.Phil., Ph.D., and Topper and Medal recipients)
- Koshi Province Center
- Madhesh Province Center
- Gandaki Province Center
- Lumbini Province Center
- Karnali Province Center
- Sudurpashchim Province Center

(Note: As applicants can choose the center themselves, select only after confirming the center you can attend. Once a student selects a center,will not be permitted to change the convocation ceremony center)

FEE DESCRIPTION
If student wants to take their Guardian (Maximum Number: 2) in the Convocation Program, then they have to pay Non-Refundable Charge of NPR 4000 Rupees for Guardian.

Fee Description as follows:
> Level:Bachelor level
Convocation Fee:3,000/- , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 2500
Total: 5,500

> Level:Masters and M.Phil
Convocation Fee:3,500/- , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 2500
Total: 6000

> Level:PhD
Convocation Fee: 4,000/- , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 2500
Total: 6500

Application Submission Period:
- Application Begins On: 1 Ashoj 2083 ( 17 September 2026)
- Application Submission Deadline: 12 Kartik 2083 (29 October, 2026)    

Required Documents
Applicants must upload the following documents (scan copy) while submitting the online form:
- MRP size photo
- Citizenship certificate
- Transcript of the completed academic level

After submission, all PDF documents should be printed and kept safely. When collecting gown and scarf later, these documents should be submitted to the designated branch of the Examination Control Office for verification and stamping.

ONLINE APPLICATION METHOD
Students are requested to fill and submit the Online Application [ LINK HERE ] . Online form can be filled from 1 Ashoj 2083 ( 17 September 2026) to 12 Kartik 2083 (29 October, 2026).
